Return Eligibility:
Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions:
Certain items may be exempt from our return policy. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Items that are personalized, perishable, or opened may not be eligible for return.

In-Store Returns:
Customers may also return items at our physical store location. Please bring your order confirmation and the item you wish to return to facilitate the return process.

Return Process:
